Short items are quoted honestly as short — we do not bill them and then short-deliver. Schedule H / H1 / X lines only against valid Drug Licence, as per CDSCO / State FDA norms.
Prices move with the market and GST slab. Quotes are firm for 48 hours from issue. Breakage / transit damage is replaced with photo proof within 48 hours.

No fine print. These are the terms every new account starts on.
Minimum order. ₹10,000 first order, ₹5,000 for repeat accounts. (Adjust to your real MOQ.)
Payment. Advance / COD via UPI or NEFT/RTGS for new accounts. Credit only after 3 months of regular business, at our discretion.
Delivery. Same-day city dispatch; outstation via transport / courier across India. Freight on actuals, FOC in-city above ₹50,000.
Returns. Wrong item, transit damage, or near-expiry supplied without flagging — replaced. Slow-moving market stock is not returnable.

Do you sell retail? No. Wholesale only, for licensed trade buyers. Single-strip / single-bottle buyers will be declined.
How do I get the PTR rate list? Send your shop name, city, Drug Licence number and GSTIN on WhatsApp. The current PTR list with batch + expiry follows.
What if an item is short? It is marked short in the quote itself. We never bill it and then short-deliver it.
Do you substitute brands? Only with your written approval on WhatsApp. No silent substitution, ever. Schedule H1 items need prescription-chain compliance.
